Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at Lababagc@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Change of Mind Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit if your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly described

  • Different from a sample shown

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

Receipts must be presented, and items must be returned in their original condition with tags.

Note: Some garments (e.g., 100% silk or items with delicate beading) are marked as fragile and cannot be returned. Please treat these items with care.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately at Lababagc@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

Want a different size or style?
The fastest way is to place a new order and request a return for the original item once approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at Lababagc@gmail.com.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase included.


In-Store Policies

By entering our store, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Bag checks may be conducted at any time throughout the store

  • Shoplifting will result in detainment and police notification

  • Fragile garments (e.g., silk, embellished) must be handled with care and are not returnable
